DS Overseas has taken charge of all the visuals for Community Management CORP<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Community Management covered the following tasks:<\/p>\n

Orientation sessions on various topics: sales, accounting, CM
\nMobile application: Announcement for a Mobile application concerning professional retraining
\nRamadan greetings: entry into force of the holy month and Aid greetings
\nTemporary closure following a change of address from Tunis to the Urban center
\nAnnouncements of CORP team interventions in the media, events and faculties.
\nMedia coverage of major CORP events: Ministry, conventions, official visit.<\/p>\n

Our teams set up a graphic charter and editorial line for our client Centre d’orientation et de reconversion professionnelle. The visuals are submitted to the client for validation, as well as to Facebook for validation testing in order to optimize sponsorship.<\/p>\n

Mission duration Community management CORP<\/h3>\n

Our mission<\/a> lasted 6 months, and we tried to optimize the client’s budget as much as possible. In certain periods (peak periods or major events), the agency was able to support its client with a very large number of visuals: the record was 98 visuals for one month. The client also benefited from a dedicated team consisting of an Art Director and a Community Manager.<\/p>\n

What’s the role of a CM?<\/h2>\n

Community managers are responsible for managing the brand image of the organization they work for on social networks. We like to use the term “organization”, because Community Managers can be found in all kinds of structures. Some represent TV stars or political personalities, while others are simply there to defend the work of a company or association.<\/p>\n

In practical terms, the Community Manager is often a digital communications conductor who writes and publishes content (text) on social networks. At all times, he or she must master the tone of the institution he or she represents. He’s also the one who chooses the images and videos, especially in smaller organizations. As a result, they often need to be proficient in photo retouching and photo and video editing software.<\/p>\n
