RIDA T.S. at Libya Build: our creative mission for an unmissable event
In May 2025, all the attention of the construction industry was focused on Tripoli and the Libya Build trade show, a flagship event attended by thousands of professionals every year. Once again this year, RIDA Technical Services (RIDA T.S.) made its mark by showcasing its know-how and innovative engineering solutions. DS Overseas had the pleasure of supporting RIDA T.S. with a 100% creative mission: to design the paper and digital invitations and e-mail signature that propelled their visual communication before and during the show.

Challenges and ambitions: setting the tone for Libya Build 2025
For this 15th edition of Libya Build, the brief was simple but ambitious: to promote the participation of RIDA T.S. (exhibitor Hall 2, Stand H2.11) as a key player in engineering and EPC in Libya, while conveying the brand’s spirit of innovation. The aim was to catch the eye, inspire interest and reinforce the image of technical expertise… at first sight!
Our mission: to create a consistent visual identity across three key media:
- paper invitation,
- digital invitation for social networks,
- the special event e-mail signature.
Paper invitation design: making an impression right from the start
Paper invitations are still the best way to reach key decision-makers and partners. For RIDA T.S., we designed a sleek, premium invitation, playing on the sector’s corporate colors and graphic codes.

Key design elements :
- Elegant square format to stand out instantly in a pile of mail;
- The use of blue and gold reflects the modernity, reliability and high standards of RIDA T.S. ;
- Titles on the image: “OFFICIAL INVITATION”, “Libya Build 2025”, all in clear, powerful typography, with no superfluous effects;
- Discreet integration of the logo and the words “Hall 2, Stand H2.11”, vital for guiding visitors to the stand;
- Prominent “Join us” call-to-action to encourage people to meet the team.

Digital invitation for social networks: visibility, modernity and engagement
In the digital age, the impact of communication on social networks is crucial to amplifying the reach of an event. We therefore adapted the paper design to create an optimized version for LinkedIn and Facebook, ensuring perfect graphic consistency.

Digital version highlights:
- A square/rectangular visual adapted to social network formats;
- Dynamic use of colors and logo, for a professional look that’s instantly recognizable in news feeds;
- Perfectly legible titles on the image, respecting the syntax “INVITATION | Libya Build 2025”, to maximize visibility;
- Integration of a QR code leading directly to the RIDA T.S. page on the official Libya Build website or to a contact page, making it easier to book an appointment.

Event-based e-mail signature: every detail counts
The personalized e-mail signature is too often underestimated. Yet it’s the perfect way to get your brand across to every contact, even before the show. For RIDA T.S., we designed it as an extension of the invitation’s visual identity, incorporating all key Libya Build information.
The design incorporates :
- RIDA T.S. logo,
- Visual reminder of the event,
- Dates “May 12-15, 2025, Tripoli”, location “Hall 2, Stand H2.11”,

The DS Overseas process: expertise, advice and adaptation
