Presentation of the mission
In the industrial B2B landscape, promoting a company’s expertise and vision inevitably requires the creation of impactful, differentiating communication tools. With this in mind, RIDA T.S. called on DS Overseas to design its new 16-page corporate brochure, in 20×20 cm square format. This graphic design and editorial mission turned out to be a wonderful collaborative adventure, where every detail counted towards a professional and attractive result.

Understanding customer issues and brief
When the project was launched, it was essential to delve into the DNA of RIDA T.S.: to understand the history of the group, its businesses, its flagship achievements, its values, but also its future ambitions.
The initial brief focused on three main areas:
- Modern graphics and legibility
- Highlighting business expertise and customer references
- Sales-oriented tool, adaptable for print and digital media
First, our team organized an in-depth scoping meeting with RIDA T.S. management, to identify both “on-the-ground” expectations and medium-term strategic objectives.
We analyzed the company’s market positioning, the profile of target prospects and existing competing media.

Graphic design: balancing identity and clarity
The 20 x 20 cm square format, validated early on, meets a dual objective: to stand out from conventional A4 brochures, while remaining practical and elegant.
Our art direction opted for a visual charter in keeping with the RIDA T.S. universe: sobriety, institutional colors, a play of solid and straight lines, and a strong emphasis on visuals for the business.
A few key choices made during the graphic design phase:
- Clean cover page, enhanced logo, clear company slogan
- Double pages alternating panoramic photos (workshops, teams, industrial processes) and short texts, structured in three reading levels
- Customized computer graphics to explain RIDA T.S. technological processes.
- Selection of a modern typeface, both serious and dynamic
- Modular layout grids for a logical, intuitive reading path

Content writing: simplicity and impact
The editorial challenge? Say the essential in a few words, while conveying the passion and innovation that drive RIDA T.S.
Each page has been designed as a story in miniature: a brief introduction, a focus on expertise, a zoom on a service or a differentiating asset.
We have chosen an accessible, direct tone, far removed from administrative jargon, to address both technical decision-makers and sales contacts.

Project management: a collaborative approach
At DS Overseas, project success is based on co-construction. Throughout the process, our close relationship with the RIDA T.S. team has enabled us to :
- rapid approvals at each key stage: moodboard, trend board, mock-up, proofs
- agile adjustments based on feedback, sometimes right up to the last minute
- ongoing dialogue between graphic designers and copywriters to ensure text/image consistency
- quality supervision from AD through to technical execution
Tools and methods used in the project :
- Adobe InDesign software for professional page layout, retouching and photo processing
- Version tracking on a shared cloud to streamline the remote validation process
- Precise checklist and retroplanning to meet customer deadlines

Final delivery: a versatile medium
From the outset, the brochure was designed for dual use: premium printing (thick satin paper, metal stitched binding or square spine) AND a digital medium for browsing on tablets and PCs.
This approach enables RIDA T.S. to multiply the impact of its image, whether at trade shows, at customer meetings or by email.

The entire delivery process has been secured to :
- guarantee perfect conformity of files for the printer
- provide optimized versions for electronic delivery (PDF weight, clickable internal links)
