Our event agency took charge of the Certificate Award Ceremony, i.e. the organization of the certificate award ceremony for a vocational retraining provided by its customer, the CORP Career Guidance and Retraining Center.
This service consisted of installing the following elements:
– Graphic design of the Roll UP and Wall Frame visuals.
– Printing, dressing and installation of the Roll UP and the 4m x 2.5m self-supporting Wall Frame, with 04 spotlights and sublimation printing on fabric.
– Printing, wrapping and installation of the Roll UP and Wall Frame.
– Installation of the stage with gray felt and the lectern with wrapping and printing on vinyl.
– Rental of 125 chairs for the plenary hall.
– Installation of a video control room with 02 projection screens and a return screen.
– Sound system with 02 fixed microphones and three walkie-talkies. Sound system with 02 fixed microphones and 03 walkie-talkies.
– Set-up of the Vip room: officials, the German delegation and CORP representatives and partners
– Set-up of tents (50m² tent + 25m² tent + 12m² tent) and tables for the buffet in the center’s garden.
