Healthy Websites banner
We designed a banner for our client Healthy Websites, to be used as the main banner on their website.
The banner represents an extension to Magento that our customer markets for the e-commerce sector.
As the English market is highly competitive, it was important for our client to have an eye-catching and attractive banner to stand out from the competition.
So we opted for a clean, modern design, highlighting our customer’s flagship product: its Magento extension.
The color green was chosen to represent the “healthy” aspect of the product, as well as its vocation to help companies improve their online presence.
The slogan “Boost your E-commerce with Healthy Websites” reinforces the idea of improvement through the use of our customer’s product.
Using images of successful online stores and graphs showing exponential growth, we communicated the idea of success and concrete results for businesses using our Magento extension.
As well as being visually eye-catching, our banner has also been optimized for SEO by including keywords such as “e-commerce”, “boost” and “healthy websites”.
This will enable our customer to attract more traffic to their website thanks to better search engine rankings.

Graphic design issues have long been the subject of debate in the web design community.
Some say you need a professional, well-designed website, with graphics and colors that match the theme of your business or organization, while others think all you need is good content and page mechanics.
The answer really depends on what you’re trying to achieve with your website. If you’re trying to spread information about your business or organization, then yes, you should definitely consider a professionally designed banner for your website.
To start with the basics, a banner is an image designed to draw attention to your page and entice visitors to click on it.
A good banner design will grab visitors’ attention and make them want to explore the rest of what you have to offer. Banner designs can include more than just images; they can include stripes, logos and anything else that helps draw attention and make an impression on viewers.
The importance of Web graphics goes beyond attracting people’s attention.
Banners are an important part of a website’s communication system, helping to convey a message visually.
If you’re creating a website to advertise or inform people about something, banners are perfect because they tell users what kind of content they can expect on the site.
English market specificity for website banners
Website banners are often used as a marketing tool to promote specific products or services. However, it’s important to understand that banner design needs to be tailored to the specific target market, especially for the English market.
Indeed, banners need to be designed with a different approach to attract the attention and interest of the English-speaking public. Images and messages need to be simple, clear and to the point, as English audiences tend to favor a more direct style of visual communication.
In addition, it is essential to take into account the culture and values of the English market when designing banners. For example, the use of humor can be perceived differently in different cultures, and it’s important to ensure that the message conveyed does not shock or misinterpret the target audience.
Another aspect to consider when designing banners for the English market is the use of the correct English language. Spelling mistakes or grammatical errors can damage your brand’s credibility and turn potential customers away.
Finally, it’s also crucial to ensure that banners are well adapted to different devices and screen sizes. With the growing use of smartphones, it’s important that your banners are optimized for a visually pleasing experience on all types of device.
In summary, to succeed in visual communication in the English market, it’s essential to consider culture and values, use the correct language and ensure that banners are suitable for all devices. By doing so, you can attract attention and effectively engage your English-speaking target audience.
The project (Healthy Websites banner) was carried out in February 2012.
