SAP stand cladding
Our agency took on the task of designing and dressing the SAP stand.
To cover the display areas in front of our customer’s stand, we printed 80 cm x 60 cm posters on 170g paper with lamination.
The posters were supplied with double-sided tape to ensure they could be stuck to the dedicated spaces.
Trade shows are an excellent way to make contact with potential customers and partners. They’re also a good opportunity to showcase your brand’s personality.
To be successful at a trade show, you need to have a plan. This includes choosing the right location, preparing for the event and creating an eye-catching presentation that will draw visitors to your booth.
Here are a few tips to make your exhibition stand an effective communication tool:
1. Create a visual identity for your brand
2. Choose a suitable location
3. Plan ahead – think about what you want people to see, do and know about your business.
4. Consider using additional tools such as brochures, postcards or catalogs to provide additional information about your products or services.

The importance of stand dressing at a trade show is to demonstrate the company’s commitment to its customers and prospects.
Stand dressing is an important part of a company’s communication policy. At trade shows, it’s important for companies to create the right impression to attract potential customers. The appearance of your stand will determine how people perceive you, so it’s important to make sure everything is in place before your show.
There are many ways to dress up your stand. Some companies choose to use simple banners with their logo and contact details, while others go so far as to decorate their stand with large posters, balloons, flowers and even cakes!
The type of stand you choose will depend on how much money you have, but if you want to attract attention, there are many affordable options available online.
Project carried out in February 2014.
