Seca invitation
Invitation Seca, a mission successfully handled by our Ds Overseas agency!
To meet the needs of our customer PhoneControl, we designed an invitation in Emailing format for Seca 2012.
The email was 800 x 600 px with a link to a registration form.
We’ve also included information about Seca 2012 and the benefits of attending the event.
The invitation was sent to a targeted list of medical professionals, with a personalized message for each recipient. This process ensured a high response rate and a high level of participation at the show.
Our agency also managed the logistics for PhoneControl’s presence at the show, organizing transport, accommodation and stand set-up.
Thanks to this successful invitation, PhoneControl was able to meet many potential customers and strengthen its presence in the medical market. What’s more, their participation in the trade show raised their brand’s profile and aroused the interest of industry professionals.
The email campaign was a success for PhoneControl, and we’re proud to have contributed to their growth and success in the industry.
As a marketing agency specializing in the medical field, we understand the importance of targeting the right audience with the right message.
Specificity of digital communication on the French market
The French market is known to be very receptive to new technologies and innovation. That’s why, when we set up the PhoneControl stand, we highlighted their advanced technological solutions and expertise in the medical field.
What’s more, digital communication is an effective way of reaching French healthcare professionals. We therefore used tools such as targeted email campaigns and social network promotion to maximize the impact of our marketing strategy.

Invitation Seca 2012
The importance of emailing in your communication strategy
E-mail has been called the Internet’s flagship application, and it’s easy to see why. It’s a fast, convenient way of sending messages to a large number of people and, because it’s digital, it’s also cheap, and not just in terms of money. Sending an e-mail costs you nothing, apart from the time it takes to type it and press “Send”.
It doesn’t take long for a simple communication tool like e-mail to spread far beyond its initial use as a substitute for fax machines. Today, e-mail is at the heart of the digital marketing strategy of a huge number of companies. Companies use e-mail as a means of communicating with their customers, as well as keeping them informed of new products, special offers and other marketing initiatives.
E-mail is also useful for internal communication – in fact, the majority of e-mails sent every day are internal between an organization’s employees. This can be vital in keeping everyone on the same wavelength and helping them to do their jobs more efficiently. For example, if someone needs more detailed information on how a device works, or how to carry out a certain task, they can ask for it by e-mail rather than having to interrupt someone else who may be busy with another project or activity.
The project (Invitation Seca) was carried out in March 2012.
