PhoneControl notepad
PhoneControl notepad, a mission successfully completed by our agency!
We designed and printed notepads for our customer PhoneControl.
The format of the notepad was a closed A5 format. The cover was on 350g matt coated paper with a four-color process print, and the inside pages were on 80g offset paper with a one-color pantone print.
The design was elegant and modern, reflecting PhoneControl’s brand image.
We also took care of the logistics, delivering the notepads directly to our customer’s address. Our team ensured that every stage of production was carried out with precision and quality, to deliver an impeccable finished product to our customer.
Our notepads are perfect for taking notes at meetings, conferences or even on a daily basis. Thanks to their practical format, they slip easily into a bag or pocket, so you always have something to jot down your ideas.

The importance of designing and printing notepads in a company’s communication policy
Notepads are an important part of your company’s communication policy. It is used for many reasons, including :
Meetings: The notepad can be used during meetings to take notes or write down important information that has been discussed or shared. This helps participants remember the information discussed and facilitates follow-up later.
Training: If you want your employees to learn something new, you can give them a notepad and ask them to take notes on what they’ve learned during training sessions. This will help them remember what they’ve learned and apply it when needed.
Communication: You can also use your notepad to communicate with employees on the move. For example, if one of your salespeople is out with a customer and needs additional information from another department, he can write what he needs on the notepad and e-mail it back to the office so that someone else can get it for him without having to interrupt his meeting with the customer (which would require him to travel).
The project was carried out in January 2012.
