Mrs Nicole Bricq, French Minister for Foreign Trade, was received on our customer’s premises by Mr Patrick Razat, Chairman and CEO of Mecahers Aerospace, for a guided tour of all the units.
Our agency provided media coverage of the event, as well as photo and video coverage of the visit.
It’s very important for an event agency to manage an official visit for a client. The client will be impressed by the planning and execution of the event. If you fail to manage an official visit, your reputation will suffer. So it’s important that you know how to manage an official visit to impress your customers.
Mission carried out in July 2013
An official visit is a very important and complex event. It requires careful planning, organization and coordination. To ensure the success of an official visit, several steps must be taken into account:
1. the first step is to identify the person or people who will be visiting your city or country. You can do this by contacting their embassy directly, or by using social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook. The more information you have about the visitors you plan to welcome, the more likely you are to make them feel welcome.
2) Once you’ve identified the people who are coming to your city, it’s time to prepare a detailed itinerary so they know exactly where they’ll be going during their stay. This includes not only where they’ll be staying, but also the type of activities they’ll be taking part in during their stay (business meetings, receptions, etc.), as well as any other events that might take place outside these scheduled activities (sightseeing, etc.).
3) Once the itinerary has been drawn up and approved by both parties involved (you and the visitors), make sure that all the necessary arrangements have been made so that there are no last-minute surprises on arrival at the destination airport/resort.
