Choosing a web host for a website project
6 March 2019Working to impossible deadlines!
During our management of the two CORP CITY events (Tunis and Sfax), the agency was subjected to incredibly tight deadlines, in which the phrase Working to impossible deadlines! became an absolute truth … with extraordinary results at the end:
- CORP CITY Tunis: over 3,000 visitors, 25 exhibiting companies, 72 candidates, workshops and conferences
- CORP CITY Sfax: over 1,800 visitors, 18 exhibiting companies, 50 candidates, workshops and conferences
The winning recipe
In our humble opinion, the recipe for success lies in the following elements:
- A “military” organization within the agency, with daily tasks broken down by the minute (in some cases by the second) ready for use.
- A detailed schedule of all the agency’s assignments
- Setting up validation zones, so that the customer is involved and follows the progress of the mission.
- A not inconsiderable part of the process is to ensure that our partners and suppliers are highly professional and respect deadlines.
- Without this variable, no mission will be able to achieve its objectives, … so we’d like to thank all our suppliers, who have done a remarkable job.
- Follow-up and follow-up on D-day are crucial to adding the necessary value to the mission entrusted to us.
- be as close as possible to the customer.
- Panic, hesitation, lack of coordination and stress are the bane of a successful event in conditions where deadlines are very tight, and must be avoided at all costs.
- Hundreds of liters of coffee and long nights are your ally in such circumstances.
All these elements are to be taken in Pack version, i.e. not “or” positions but “and” in infinite mode.
We thank, In fine, our customer the CORP for trusting us, and other CORP CITY will come again for the year 2017.
