Document holder for Mecahers Aerospace
We designed and printed document holders for HRM files (personnel management including medical records) for our customer“Mecahers Aerospace“.
The format was:
– Closed: 32 cm X 23 cm
– Open: 51.5 cm X 41 cm.
– Printed on 350 g mat coated paper with die-cutting and double gluing.
The project also includes the design and printing of medical follow-up sheets for each employee.
These document holders have been distributed to all “Mecahers Aerospace” employees to facilitate the management and organization of medical files.
Our team worked closely with “Mecahers Aerospace” to ensure that the design of the Briefcase was in line with their brand image and specific needs. We also ensured that high-quality materials were used to guarantee durability and professional presentation.
Thanks to our expertise in custom printing, we were able to produce a unique, bespoke product to meet the needs of “Mecahers Aerospace”. We also offered full-color printing options to add a visually appealing touch to these Briefcases.
The end result was very well received by Mecahers Aerospace employees, who appreciated the simplicity and efficiency of these Document Holders for managing their medical records. This project has been a success for all parties involved, and we are proud to have been able to supply a top-quality product to one of the leading companies in the aerospace sector.

Mecahers Aerospace Document Holders
The importance of the briefcase in an aeronautical company’s communications policy
A document holder is an important part of any communication system. It keeps all documents organized and tidy, making it easier for employees to find them when they need them.
The most important documents should always be placed at the front of the holder, for easy access when needed. Less important documents can be placed in the middle, and the least important at the back of the stack. Documents should also be placed horizontally rather than vertically, making it easier for people to find them when they need them.
An effective briefcase should also feature dividers that separate each section, so it’s easy for people to see which section they want without having to search through all the sections.
Project carried out in February 2014.
