The importance of managing open days for an aeronautical company
The open house is a key event in any event agency‘s calendar. It’s an opportunity to present your services and products to potential customers. To ensure that this event goes according to plan, it’s important to follow a few simple steps.
1. Determine your objectives: The first step in organizing an open house is to determine the objectives you want to achieve. You may want to improve brand awareness, increase sales or simply build relationships with existing customers. Once you know your objective, you can decide how best to achieve it. For example, if you want to increase sales, consider offering discounts on certain items or services during the event. If you want to improve brand awareness, make sure that banners bearing your logo are visible throughout the venue, so that people can take photos with them and share them on social media platforms such as Facebook or Twitter.
2. Choose a location: Where you choose to hold your open house will depend on the type of products and services your company offers, and the number of people attending the event. For example, if parking is limited in your office building, it’s not advisable for customers to attend an open house there, as many of them may find themselves in an emergency situation.
3. Aeronautical specificity: If your company specializes inaeronautics, it would be a good idea to hold the open house at an airport or aircraft hangar. This will give visitors an immersive experience and enable them to see your products in action.
4. Add an interactive touch: To make your open house even more memorable, you can add interactive activities such as flight simulator demonstrations, aircraft maintenance workshops or even guided tours inside an aircraft. These elements add a fun and educational dimension to the event.
5. Highlight your company’s values: Open days are an excellent opportunity to show visitors what makes your company special. Take the opportunity to highlight your values, your commitment to aviation safety and your social responsibility. This can help build potential customers’ trust in your brand.
