Mecahers Aerospace bag design
We designed a protective tarpaulin for the 800VU machine of our customer “Mecahers Aerospace”.
The tarpaulin is in the shape of a cube with the following proportions:
2m65 wide by 76 cm wide with a height of 2m30.
The design was based on two parts:
– The first part consists of a 2m65 x 5m36 piece printed and customized with Mecahers Aerospace’s corporate identity, which forms the front, top and back of the tarpaulin,
– The second part comprises two pieces measuring 75cm by 2.30m, making up the two sides.
assembly was carried out using two different techniques: one side was welded, the other assembled with Scratch strips to make it easier to lay and remove the tarpaulin.
This structure was made at the 2013 Paris Air Show.
