Nameplates Sungard desks
We designed, manufactured and installed office identifiers for our customer Sungard.
The substrate used was 2mm PVC with printing on HD vinyl. This choice was made by the agency to meet the following customer requirements:
– The identifiers are quite numerous and each floor had its own color code and appetizer.
– It was strictly forbidden to drill holes in the flooring used in SUNGARD’s corridors and administration.
Fixing was carried out using special double-sided tape for this type of operation.
Office nameplates are an important part of a company’s communication policy. They are essential for identifying employees and departments, as well as providing visitors and customers with valuable information about the company.
The right nameplate can help convey an image of professionalism, efficiency and organization. A poorly designed or unprofessional nameplate can send out the wrong message.
A good nameplate can also be used to reinforce a company’s identity or existing brand image. A creative design that matches your company’s logo, colors and other elements will help make it memorable in customers’ minds.

The importance of designing and printing office signs as part of a company’s communication policy
Companies with multiple sites often use a nameplate to inform visitors of their location. It’s a great way to make visitors feel welcome in your offices, and to help them find their way around the building.
The aim is to provide information in an attractive way that can be easily read from a distance. Nameplates are one of the most important signage elements, so good design is essential.
Tips for designing nameplates
Here are some tips for designing your nameplate:
Use clear wording and legible fonts. Use bright colors or other visual cues if possible to help someone find their way around your building. Make sure the font size is large enough for people with poor eyesight or who wear glasses (like me!). It should also be easy to read from a distance. Make sure there’s enough space between words so people can skim them quickly without getting confused. Make sure there’s enough space between the lines so that the text doesn’t look too cluttered when viewed up close (this will influence the number of characters you can fit on a line).
The project (Sungard office nameplates) was completed in September 2012.
