The importance of managing an aeronautical company’s open days
Open days are a great way to meet potential new customers, but they can also be a lot of work.
If you’re an event agency, you may be thinking of organizing an open day. But before you commit yourself, consider the following points:
- Open houses are a great way to meet potential new customers. The more people at your open house, the more likely they are to come back later and hire you for their event planning needs.
- Open houses give people a chance to get to know you and your company better. You can talk about your company and how it can help them organize their events.
- Open houses allow you to present your products and services in person, rather than online or over the phone. So even if someone doesn’t book right away, they may remember what they saw.
- An open house is also an opportunity to make contacts with other professionals in your field. It’s easier to make contacts when there are lots of people around than when there are two or three of you chatting alone in a restaurant or bar (which is why we recommend offering food and drink at your event).
- In theaeronautics sector, open days are an effective way for companies to attract new customers and showcase their latest technological innovations. They also enable industry professionals to meet and exchange views on market trends.
- In addition to the benefits in terms of networking and product presentation, an open house can also be an opportunity to organize interactive activities to attract more visitors. For example, you can offer live demonstrations of your products, or organize hands-on workshops to give attendees an insight into your company.
Project completed on June 31, 2012.
