Letterhead
We designed a “Letter head” as well as a “With complement Card” for our client Healthy Websites.
The size of the letterhead is A4, and the with compliment card was 20cm x 10 cm.
Making letterheads for the English market
As an international company, it’s important for us to provide professional documents in different languages for our customers around the world. That’s why we designed a “Letter head” and a “With complement Card” for our client Healthy Websites.
Our letterheads are available in A4 format, which is perfectly suited to European and American standards. The with compliment card, on the other hand, has a smaller format of 20cm x 10 cm, making it easy to transport and distribute at events or business meetings.
We also understand the importance of bilingual documents, which is why we have had our documents translated into English for our English market. This allows our customers to communicate with their English-speaking partners and customers without language barriers.
What’s more, we use high-quality paper for all our documents, giving our company and our customers a professional and lasting image. We pride ourselves on delivering top-quality products to our international customers.
We are convinced that these documents will be a valuable asset for Healthy Websites when they need to communicate with their partners and customers in English. At DS Overseas, we believe in the importance of effective communication, and we’re delighted to be able to help companies achieve this goal.

Healthy Websites letterhead
Letterhead is a very important part of your company’s communication. It’s the first thing people see when they receive a letter or e-mail from your company. It represents your company’s image and must be designed with care and precision.
Here are some tips for designing effective letterheads:
Make sure the design of your letterhead is in harmony with the rest of your marketing materials and website. If you have a logo or color scheme, make sure it’s present on all your marketing materials, including your letterhead.
Include contact information, such as address, telephone and fax numbers, on every page of your letterhead. You can also include a postal address so that recipients can reply by post if they prefer not to phone or e-mail.
Use clear language on your letterhead so people can understand what’s going on without having to read long paragraphs or complicated jargon. Make sure you use words that are easy to understand, and avoid using industry slang unless absolutely necessary to understand what your company does or sell its products or services.
Make sure that everything on your letterhead is professional and well-designed – avoid using clipped images or handwritten fonts in favor of typefaces.
The project was carried out in September 2012.
